Certification Lifeguard Training Class

This course is designed to give participants the knowledge and skills to be a lifeguard and professional rescuer. Participants will be certified in CPR, AED, Basic First Aid, Emergency Oxygen, and American Red Cross Lifeguarding. All online coursework needs to be completed before the start of the course.

Each participant must take a prerequisite swim test before the first day of the course. Swim 200 yards, timed dive to retrieve a 10 lb. brick, and tread water for 2 minutes. You must be 15 or older by the last day of the course.

For Recertification Must have current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (30 days after expiration date)
